Exercise and you will worry less and become happier, guaranteed! Did you know that exercise helps to grow new brain cells? Yes, that's right, exercise stimulates the hippo-campus area of the brain to give birth to new brain cells. Another reason you should to some form of exercise is that research has found it reduces stress and anxiety. Exercise slow down, putting a break on the brains systems which creates stress. The important is to do something you enjoy or be able to put up with before you noticed the benefits. You might want to do it together with a another person or maybe even a group. This to be more accountable. Some people don't like do exercise, period. I always tell those to find something they hate the least and stick with it and you will harvest the benefits from it. You will learn to like it! Here, as in many other places in life, patience is a virtue.
